No School Fee Required for Online Classes

School Fees or contributions are not required to be paid for students to participate in online classes.
Please be informed that no student has been barred from online classes for failure to pay school fees. In fact to my knowledge, no student has been barred from online classes at all. Some students are having difficulties logging in the site. A help desk has been set up to assist parents and students to login. The help desk can be reached at vlesupport@ascothigh.edu.jm or itsupport@ascothigh.edu.jm.
The ministry has contacted the school informing the principal that parents have lodged a complaint indicating that students have been barred from online classes because their school fee/contribution was not paid. Absolutely no information has been given by the prinicipal or any member of staff to parents that payment of fees is required for online classes and NO STUDENT HAS BEEN BARRED FROM CLASSES ONLINE.
